Shipping policy

  • Free U.S. shipping on all subscriptions and gift boxes.
  • Worldwide shipping is available. International rates are calculated at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
  • When drops ship. New drops are mailed around the 15th of each month. If you join after the 15th, your first drop goes out in the next mailing.
  • Delivery time. Drops are sent via USPS. Typical delivery is 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 1–4 weeks internationally after the ship date.
  • Tracking. Because drops ship as standard hand-stamped letter mail, tracking isn't available — but your envelope is always mailed on the 15th.
  • Address changes. Update your shipping address in your account portal before the 15th. We can't reroute a drop once it's been mailed.
