Shipping Policy
- Free worldwide shipping is included on all subscriptions and gift boxes.
- New orders ship within 48 hours Your first order includes the current featured drop.
- Monthly renewals process on the 15th of each month. Renewal drops are prepared and mailed after the monthly renewal cycle.
- Monthly envelope shipping: Travel Club envelopes are mailed via standard letter mail and do not include tracking.
- Passport Club shipping: Passport Box orders are shipped in a gift-ready box with tracking, we use USPS or UPS.
- Delivery time: U.S. delivery for regular mail may take 5-12 days to arrive after mailing. International delivery may take 1–4 weeks depending on destination, customs, and local postal service.
- Customs and import fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local delivery fees charged by their country.
- Address changes: Please update your shipping address before the 15th renewal date. Once a drop has been mailed, we cannot reroute it.
- Please note: Mailing dates may vary slightly during holidays, postal delays, customs delays, or high-volume launch periods.
